PVC CARD

Standard PVC Card


A high-quality plastic card made from durable PVC material, designed for long-lasting use and high-resolution printing. These cards do not contain chips or magnetic stripes and are ideal for visual identification and branding purposes.

  • Standard credit card size (CR80 – 85.60 × 53.98 mm)
  • Smooth surface suitable for full-color printing
  • Available in various thicknesses (commonly 760 microns)

Contactless Smart Cards

Contact Smart Cards

Main Components:
  1. Card Body Material: Typically made of PVC, PET, or composite materials for durability.
  2. Embedded Chip: Contains a microprocessor, memory, and sometimes a cryptographic unit.
  3. Contact Pads: The metallic contact points between the card and the reader, compliant with ISO/IEC 7816 standards.
Technical Standards:
  • ISO/IEC 7816: Defines the card’s physical dimensions, contact location, and communication protocols.
  • Power Supply: Provided directly by the reader when the card is inserted.
  • Data Transfer Speed: Varies by chip type, up to several hundred kilobits per second.
